东茛菪碱对蓝斑核神经元自发活动的影响

THE EFFECT OF SCOPOLAMINE ON THE SPONTANEOUS ACTIVITY OF NEURONS OF NUCLEUS LOCUS COERULEUS

  • 摘要: 实验在用箭毒制动的清醒大鼠上进行。用自动充灌型玻璃微电极引导蓝斑核单位自发放电。蓝斑自发活动多数为4次/秒的低频放电。脑室注射东莨菪碱(250μg,3μl)可使蓝斑单位放电明显抑制。痛刺激增加蓝斑单位放电,这种效应不能为东莨菪碱所拮抗。提示脑室注射东莨著碱所引起的麻醉作用对中枢去甲肾上腺素能系统有一定影响。

     

    Abstract: The experiments were carried out on conscious albino rats immobilized by tubocurarine. The spontaneous firings of nucleus locus coeruleus (LC), which is the major nucleus of noradrenergic perikarya in the brain, were recorded with glass microelectrode autofilled. Spontaneous firings of LC with a frequency mostly at 4 spikes/s were observed. The firing rate LC was significantly decreased by intraventricular injection of scopolamine(250μg,3μl)Cells in the LC gave an excitatory response to noxious stimulus. This response was not depressed by scopolamine.The results obtained may demonstrate that the anesthetic action induced by scopolamine injected intraventricularly seems to be related to noradrenergic system in the brain.
