外用避孕药帽型膜中壬苯醇醚的正交多项式分光光度测定

DETERMINATION OF NONOXYNOL-9 IN THE CAPSHAPED CONTRACEPTIVE FILMS BY ORTHOGONAL POLYNOMIAL SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 外用避孕药帽型膜中的辅料,聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇对主药壬苯醇醚的吸收光谱有一定的干扰。我们采用正交二次多项式消除了这种干扰,并获得了满意的分析结果。外用避孕药帽型膜处方为:壬苯醇醚32.0g;聚乙烯醇65.0g;丙二醇25.0g;甘露醇15.0g;水适量。以上共制成500只帽型膜,每只帽重300~350mg。另外每只药帽外涂500mg聚乙二醇。

     

    Abstract: A direct spectrophotometry for the determination of nonoxynol-9 in the contracptive films by using orthogonal polynomial method is presented. In order to eliminate the interferences of polyethylene glycol and polyvinylalcohol in the absorption spectrum of nonoxynol-9, the coefficient of quadratic polynomical was calculated over the wavelength rang of 263-283 nm at 4nm intervals, using six-point orthogonal polynomials. The mean recovery for mixtures was found to be 99.91+1.1%.The method has been used for quality control in manufacture.
