绞股蓝总甙对小鼠外周白细胞数及其吞噬发光的影响

Effects of Gypenoside on Peripheral White Blood Cells and Their Phago-Luminescences in Mice

摘要: 绞股蓝总甙能提高正常小鼠外周白细胞数目和增强其吞噬酵母多糖时的化学发光值,而且能逆转小鼠因注射醋酸泼尼松而引起的白细胞数目的减少和吞噬发光值的降低。同时吞噬发光指数(吞噬发光值/白细胞数)表明:吞噬发光值的增加并不仅是由于提高了白细胞数目引起,而更主要的是增强了白细胞自身的吞噬能力。提示绞股蓝总甙不仅对白细胞减少性疾病而且对白细胞功能低落等免疫缺陷病可能有效。
