  • 摘要: 乙肝核心抗原在大肠杆菌表达由Michael Nassal完成,国内马贤凯等人成功地使乙肝核心抗原在Lac启动子控制下高表达。本文使乙肝核心抗原基因在P_LP_R启动子控制下,用温敏法诱导产生HBcAg,该菌株能稳定地高表达。可以代替肝提取的HBcAg,菌

     

    Abstract: HBc gene was isolated from whole long HBV DNA and digested with nuclease BAL 31, and then dNTP, DNA polymerase I(L. F), phospharylated EcoRI linker were added. The HBc DNA was digested by EcoRI and was then inserted into the EcoRI site of pJLAS02 plasmid.
