大环内酯类抗生素M—90的早期鉴别

摘要: 从一株玫瑰绛红小单孢菌M-90的发酵液中分离得到淡黄色粉末,抗生素M-90。在筛选实践中,建立了适用于大环内酯类抗生素的PC、呈色反应、TLC(种间分类和属间鉴别)、UV分类、产生菌培养特征以及MIC六种试验——简便快速的理化和生物学早期鉴别手段,提高了早期鉴别的速度和准确性。结果分析表明:确认抗生素M-90为含有多组分的大环内酯类新抗生素,对G~ 、G~-菌及真菌具有抑制作用。Abstract: Antibiotic M-90 was isolated from the fermentation broth of a Micromonospora rosepupurea M-90.
