胰岛素滴眼液促吸收剂的研究

Study on Absorption Enhancers of Insulin Eye Drops

  • 摘要: 通过家兔试验，以平均血糖降低百分率和刺激性为参考指标，分别对１％胰岛素滴眼液的促吸收剂皂甙、苄泽３５（Ｂｒｉｊ３５）、ＥＤＴＡ和去氧胆酸钠进行了试验。结果表明０．５％Ｂｒｉｊ３５促吸收作用较强，刺激性小，是较为理想的胰岛素滴眼液的促吸收剂。
