Effect of Preparation Methods on the Content of Alkaloids and Glycyrrhetic Acid in Sini Injection

  • 摘要: 应用离子对萃取-紫外分光光度法和薄层层析-紫外分光光度法分别测定了不同提取工艺所制备的五种四逆注射液中乌头类生物碱和甘草酸的含量。应用SAS软件进行统计处理,结果表明不同提取工艺对乌头类生物碱的量和甘草酸的含量都有较大影响。提示在制备四逆注射液的过程中要注意其工艺的筛选和优化。
