热重法研究头孢氨苄的热稳定性及其热分解动力学

Application of Thermogravimetry to the Study of Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of Cefalexin and its Stability

  • 摘要: 采用热重法研究头孢氨苄热分解非等温动力学和头孢氨苄与其制剂的稳定性差异。用红外光谱法表征了第二步热分解的组成和结构。推断第二步热分解过程为三级化学反应,其动力学方程:da/dt=Ae^-Ea/RT(1-a)^3,动力学补偿效应表达式为:lnA=0.2542Ea-5.2905,实验表明:头孢氨苄具有很高的活化能,稳定性好,其制剂的活化能更高,稳定性优于原料。
