Journal of China Pharmaceutical University

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University (JCPU, ISSN 1000-5048 ) is a periodical publication of pharmaceutical sciences sponsored by China Pharmaceutical University supervised directly under Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.

JCPU, founded in 1956, is now published bimonthly with 96 pages and internationally adopted format size. The journal, which is distributed both domestically and abroad, publishes original reports of studies in medicinal chemistry, natural pharmaceutical products, pharmacognosy, traditional Chinese pharmacy, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical biotechnology, pharmacology, and pharmacokinetics, etc. JCPU is indexed in many database including Chemical Abstracts, International Pharmaceutical Abstracts, Excerpta Medica, Реферативньюй Журнал(PЖ，Russia), Index Copernicus, and most domestic medical-pharmaceutical indexing systems. In addition, this journal has been honored numerous awards from Ministry of Education, Bureau of Press and Publishing, and Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC. Moreover, according to ‘2005 Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Citation Annual Report, the impact factor of JCPU is 0.962 with 1131 citations. Nevertheless, JCPU serves as a medium for the presentation of innovative papers，pharmaceutical forward，reviews，short communications, technical exchanges, and notes. JCPU strictly adhere to scientific excellence in reporting new advances for pharmaceutical professionals, presenting fresh idea and thought, applying new methods, exploring wide-range perspective, and bridging technical exchange. The layout of the journal complies with the international standard. The table of contents，the colophon，the abstract，and key words of each publication are prepared in English.
