Chemical constituents of Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis

  • 摘要: 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶、MCI、反相高效液相色谱等各种柱色谱技术和现代波谱学方法,结合物理化学性质,从猪牙皂(Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis)醇提物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:gleditsioside A( 1 )、gleditsioside B( 2 )、gleditsioside H( 3 )、gleditsioside I( 4 )、gleditsioside J( 5 )、gleditsioside K( 6 )、gleditsia saponins C′( 7 )、柽柳素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 8 )、新橙皮苷( 9 )、金圣草素-7-O-新橙皮糖苷( 10 )、丁香脂素-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷( 11 )、鹅掌揪苷( 12 )。其中化合物 8~12 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
    Abstract: Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis by macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and ODS column chromatographies. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data as gleditsioside A( 1 ), gleditsioside B( 2 ), gleditsioside H( 3 ), gleditsioside I( 4 ), gleditsioside J( 5 ), gleditsioside K( 6 ), gleditsia saponins C′( 7 ), tamarixetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8 ), neohesperidin( 9 ), chrysoeirol-7-O-neohesperidoside( 10 ); syringaresinol- O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 11 ), liriodendrin( 12 ). Compounds 8 - 12 were firstly isolated from this genus.
