Simultaneous determination of eight components in Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid by UPLC

To develop an UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 8 components in Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid,Acquity BEH C₁₈ (2.1 mm ×100 mm,1.7 μm) column was used with CH₃OH- 0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 °C.The results showed that 8 components were well separated with good linearity.The average recoveries were 100.67%-106.92%.The method proved to be rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid.
