Study on Quality Control of Spermicidal Linear Nonoxynol-9

In this paper, we present some effective methods for controlling the quality of a spermicidal, nonoxynol-9.The apparatus for determination of polyoxyethvlene group was modified and better results were obtained in the new systems. An UV Spectrophotometric method for quantitative analysis was employed. A simple method for determination of hydroxyi value was also presented.
