DETERMINATION OF TWO DITERPENES IN RABDOSIA MACROPHYLLA AND RABDOSIA AMETHYSTOIDES IN DIFFERENT GROWING SEASONS

A HPLC method was used for determination of the change in contents of two diterpenes, rabdophyllin G in Rabdosia macrophylla and amethystoidin A in Rabdosia amethystoides in different growing seasons.In May,the plant contains the highest amount of rabdophyllin G, but in content of amethystoidin A, there is no significant change throughout the growing period.
