Drug Plasma Concentration at Steady-State by Bolos Intravenous Administration in Michaelis-Menten Elimination Kinetics
For intravenous injection in Michaelis-Menten elimination kinetics, the equations of maximal plasma, minimal plasma concentration and average one at steady-state were derived. It is shown that the Wagner' equation for average plasma concentration at stead
