High Expression of Hepatitis B Core Gene in E. coli

HBc gene was isolated from whole long HBV DNA and digested with nuclease BAL 31, and then dNTP, DNA polymerase I(L. F), phospharylated EcoRI linker were added. The HBc DNA was digested by EcoRI and was then inserted into the EcoRI site of pJLAS02 plasmid.
