Abstract
Thecontentofsaponinsof10kindsofMaiDongbelongingtoOphiopogonandLiriopefromdiferentareaswasdeterminedbydual-wave-lengthspectrophotometry,usingHClO4asstainingagent.Theresultshowedthatthemethodwassimple,stableandefec-tive.
