Studies on Diclofenac Gel Preparation

A diclofenac gel preparation was developed and its stability and pharmacodynamics was studied. The results showed that the product was stable under the inspected conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, strong light, and it had significant anti-inflammatory effect on the inflammatory swelling induced by carrageenin. The anti-inflammatory activity was in relation to the concentration of diclofenac.
