Quantitative Determination of Rhynchophylline in Shenle Tablets

The content of rhynochophylline in Shenle Tablets was examined by dualwavelength thin layer chromatography. The sample wavelength was 253nm and the reference wavelength was370nm. Sx= 3 and the slit was 1.2nm×1.2nm. This standard curve was linear within the rang e of 0.5～5μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The average recovery was 98.40%(n=5). This rapid, simple, sensitive and specific method is suitable for quality control of this product.
