Effects of Daphnin on Serum Uric Acid Level in in vivo Model of Hyperuricemic Mice

AIM The purpose is to study hypouricemic effect of daphnin on serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice. METHODS The uricase inhibitor potassium oxonate was used to induce in \%in vivo\% model of hyperuricemia in mice. Serum uric acid level was dete
