Abstract

AIM:To develope the synthesis route of bromfenac.METHOD:Bromfenac sodium was prepared from p -bromobenzonitrile and indoline.RESULT:The total yield was 28.8%. CONCLUSION:This synthesis route is applicable for large sale production.
