Abstract
Thirteen compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of the stems of Lonicera japonica.,and were identified as (+)-pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ),diosmin ( 2 ),quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ),uridine ( 4 ),tachioside ( 5 ),caffeic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ),3,4-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid ( 7 ),grandifloroside ( 8 ),loganic acid ( 9 ),loganin ( 10 ),sweroside ( 11 ),inositol ( 12 ),and glucose ( 13 ). Compounds 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time,while compounds 1-6 were firstly isolated from the genus Lonicera.
