设计合成了一系列以2-甲基-2-取代苯氧基丙酸为离去基团的二价铂配合物,其结构经红外光谱、核磁和质谱确证。采用MTT法对3种肿瘤细胞进行抗增殖活性研究,结果显示化合物对胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)活性较好,对肝癌细胞(HepG2)和非小细胞肺癌细胞(A549)活性较弱或无活性。
