Abstract

Anuran skin secretions contain lots of bioactive substances, a huge amount of potential resources for the investigation and development of antitumor peptides. In this review, the tissue distribution, classification, physicochemical properties, molecular mechanisms and application of antitumor peptides secreted from Anuran are summarized to provide a reference for the further research of Anuran peptides.
