Isolation and Identification of New Glucoside-Bicyclic Diterpenoic Lactone Derived From Andrographis Paniculata Nees

From the leaves of Andrographis Paniculata Nees, a new glucoside of bicyclic diterpenoic lactone was isolated. It is a white crystal (Ⅵ), C_26 H_40 O_9,M~ 496, mp 187°～188℃. On the basis of chemical and spectral data(IR, UV, NMR, MS), and enzymatic hydrolysis. The structure is assigned as 19-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-deoxyandrographolide and named Ninandrographolide.
