  • The present paper is concerned with the application of dual wavelength spectrophotometry to the determination of caffeine in the compound injection of quinine by dual and single wavelength spectrophotometers. The mean recoveries were found to be 100.8±0.2% and 99.19±0.41% (at the 95% confidence level) respectively.
