  • The performance of three domestie-made dissolution apparatus in two types was studied by determining the dissolution rate of hydrochlorothiazide tablets. The sensitivity, discriminating ability and repreducibility of the three apparatus were studied in comparision with those of Beckman 25-7. The results obtained are comparable. No significant difference in data is found (p>0.05)and the correlation is significant(α=0.01).
