  • A suitable method for determination of activity of pharmaceutical elastase is described. The paper involves the dynamic characteristics of elastase which digests the substrate and the procedure for determining the elastase powder and its tablets. The reproducibility of the proposed method is also observed. The results indicated that method mentioned above can meet the quality requirements of pharmaceutical proposes.
