  • The determination of Florouracil (5-FU) by absorbance ratio of pH indicator was presented.The experimental conditions and factors influencing the results were also described. The standard curve of 5-FU was established and the recovery test was conducted by this curve at various temperatures. The analytical results have shown that both the accuracy and precision are satisfactory with less coefficient Of variation and the procedure is simple without any standards.
