  • A two-parameter regression mathematical model of the correlation between GLC parameter and hydrophobic parameter was established theoretically. The results obtained were confirmed by various experiments. A theoretical basis and better prospects for using GLC parameter as hydrophobic parameter in QSAR research were provided.
