MATHEMATICS STUDY ON CHARACTERISTICS OF AVERAGE STEADY-STATE FOR DRUGS OBEYING PARALLEL MICHAELIS-MENTEN AND FIRST ORDER KINETICS
The Rowland two-compartment model was extended by replacing parallel Michaelis-Menten and first order kinetics from which the equations for the time to reach the steady-state concentration and bioavailability was derived. The relationship between the aver
