An Experimental Study of Detecting HBcAg in Serum by ELISA

A hiotin-avidin-ELISA technique used to detect HBeAg in human serum was developed. In this technique, biotinylated IgG of human anti-HBc and avidin-peroxidase conjugate were used for markers, and 3 mol/L KSCN was used for Separation. It was found that the
