  • The anesthetic activity and toxicity of some 3-methyl fentanyl and 4-methoxycarbonyl fentanyl analogs were reported. Results showed that the anesthetic activity and safety margin of 4-methoxycarbonyl fentanyl were larger than those of 3-methyl fentanyl.
