    • Abstract
  • Soft capsules of cyclosporine were studied. The results indicated that the content uniformity and disinteg ration complied with the China Pharmacopoeia. The HPLC method for determination of cyclosporine was accurate and reliable, and no interference occurred from vehicles. The accuracy and precision of the method were satisfactory.
