  • The contents of synephrine in samples were measured by IP-HPLC. The measurement conditions used were as follows: Resolve C18 column; temperature 40℃; mobile phase: 26.2mmol/L SDS-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(700∶300∶0.5); flow rate: 0.8ml/min; wavelength for measurement:276nm; the linear range was 0.01～0.1mg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The recovery rate for synephrine in Weisu Granules was 97.2% with 2.1% of RSD.
