  • The content of rhynochophylline in Shenle Tablets was examined by dualwavelength thin layer chromatography. The sample wavelength was 253nm and the reference wavelength was370nm. Sx= 3 and the slit was 1.2nm×1.2nm. This standard curve was linear within the rang e of 0.5～5μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The average recovery was 98.40%(n=5). This rapid, simple, sensitive and specific method is suitable for quality control of this product.
