Influence of the Angelica Sinensis Diels on Blood Composition, Antioxidantion and Interal Organs Index in Male Rats Castrated

More Information
  • Objectives: The changes of blood composion, antioxidation, internal organs index and influence of products settled by alcohol from Angelica sinensis Diels (PASD) in the male rats castrated were observed. Methods: The adult male rats were castrated, and after 20 days, the changes o f above-mentioned targets and influence of PASD (ig, qd×20d) on male rats were observed. Results: The male rats castrated could cause marked increase of malondialde (MDA) content in liver and serum and cholesterol, triglyceride in serum, and decrease of blood calcium and internal organs index. Treatment with PASD could provent the changes of above mentioned targets. Conclusion: The PASD colud improve the blood calcium, triglyceride, antioxidation and internal organs index in male rats castrated.
