Synthesis and anti-virus activities of 1,2,4-oxadiazole-phenoxy alkyl-isoxazole derivatives

The structure of pleconaril was modified,and six 1,2,4-oxadiazole-phenoxy alkyl-isoxazole derivatives were synthesized.The structures of all novel compounds were determined by IR,MS and ¹H NMR.Inhibitory effect of these compounds on human rhinoviruses N32 in vitro was evaluated.The preliminary results showed that the inhibitory effect of the six compounds on human rhinoviruses N32 was stronger than that of pleconaril.Compounds 10a-10f are promising compounds worthy of further study.
