Immunotherapy has been an important research direction of tumor treatment.Vaccines of tumor-associated glycopeptide characterized of high specificity,little side-effect and easy control have drawn much attention.Some vaccines are now in clinical trials.In this article,glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines including semi-synthetic and fully synthetic vaccines are reviewed.The mucin MUC1,a significant tumor-associated antigen,has become a hot research field of glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines.This article highlights MUC1-based glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines.
