新型药物递送系统研究新进展

Advances on novel drug delivery system

  • 摘要: 近年来现代药剂学发展迅速,新型药物递送系统成为药剂学领域的研究热点和难点。新型药物传递系统对于减少药物不良反应、提高药物疗效、保障用药安全具有重要意义,尤其在国外已成为药物制剂领域一新的研究方向和市场走向。本文就有机药物递送系统、无机药物递送系统以及生物药物递送系统的最新研究进展进行了综述。

     

    Abstract: Modern pharmaceutics has undergone a rapid development in recent years.For the significance of reducing adverse drug reaction,improving drug efficiency and ensuring safety of drugs,novel drug delivery system (DDS) shows expansive foreground.The latest advances on modern pharmaceutics including organic drug DDS,inorganic drug DDS and biopharmaceutics DDS,are reviewed in this paper.
