脂蛋白纳米药物传输系统研究进展

Advances in the research of lipoprotein-based nano scale drug delivery systems

  • 摘要: 〓脂蛋白作为一种内源性纳米颗粒,具有生物相容性好、可彻底生物降解、无免疫原性、不被体内网状内皮系统识别而快速清除等优点,是一种极具前景的靶向药物载体。本文综述了近年来基于脂蛋白(乳糜微粒、极低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白)的纳米药物传输系统的最新研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Lipoproteins which are endogenous, biocompatible, completely biodegradable, and non-immunogenic, and can escape recognition and elimination by the reticuloendothelial system(RES)may well be studied as drug carriers. This article summarizes the advances in lipoprotein(chylomicrons, very low-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein)-based nano scale drug delivery systems(LNDDS)in recent years.
