云南黄果冷杉的化学成分

Chemical constituents from Abies ernestii var.salouenensis

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、凝胶、反相柱色谱等各种色谱技术对云南黄果冷杉Abies ernestii var.salouenensis干燥枝叶80%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,共得到13个化合物,根据理化数据对照及波谱学方法,分别鉴定为:(7S,8S)-3-甲氧基-3′,7-环氧-8,4′-氧化新木脂素-4,9,9′-三醇( 1 ),isomassonianoside B( 2 ),8,8′-二羟基松脂素( 3 ),莽草酸正丁酯( 4 ),对羟基苯甲酸( 5 ),莽草酸( 6 ),咖啡酸( 7 ),阿魏酸二十四醇酯( 8 ),苯甲酸( 9 ),芹菜素-8-C-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 10 ),丁香亭-3-O-芸香糖苷( 11 ),5-羟基-3,4′,7-三甲氧基黄酮( 12 ),4′,5-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基-6-甲基黄酮( 13 )。所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物 1~4610~12 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of Abies ernestii var. salouenensis by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatographies. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral techniques as(7S, 8S)-3-methoxy-3′, 7-epoxy-8, 4′-oxyneoligna-4, 9, 9′-triol( 1 ), isomassonianoside B( 2 ), 8, 8′-dihydroxypinoresinol( 3 ), shikimic acid n-butyl ester( 4 ), 4-hydroxy benzoic acid( 5 ), shikimic acid( 6 ), caffeic acid( 7 ), hexacosyl ferulate( 8 ), benzoic acid( 9 ), apigenin-8-C-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 10 ), syringetin-3-O-rutinoside( 11 ), 5-hydroxy-3, 4′, 7-trimethoxyl flavone( 12 ), 4′, 5-dihydroxy-3, 7-dimethoxy-6-methyl flavone( 13 ). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1 - 4 , 6 , 10 - 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
