仿生型药物递送系统研究进展

Advances in research of biomimetic drug delivery systems

  • 摘要: 仿生型药物递送系统以天然微粒载体为基础,具有良好的靶向性和低免疫原性,是近年来兴起的一种极具发展潜力的药物递送系统。本文从哺乳动物细胞、内源性蛋白及病原体等热门研究领域着手,综述了仿生型药物递送系统的最新研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Biomimetic drug delivery systems(BDDSs)based on natural particulate carriers possess good targeting ability and low immunogenicity, and are emerging drug delivery systems with great development potential in recent years. This review presents an overview of the latest advances in biomimetic drug delivery systems, concerning mammalian cells, endogenous proteins and pathogens.
