藤黄中三萜成分的研究

Triterpenes from Garcinia hanburyi Hook.f.

  • 摘要: 采用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱法和半制备型高效液相色谱法对中药藤黄(Garcinia hanburyi Hook.f)中的三萜类化合物进行了分离和纯化,通过NMR谱鉴定共得到10个化学成分:白桦脂酸( 1 )、α-香树精( 2 )、羽扇豆醇( 3 )、 β-香树素( 4 )、麦珠子酸( 5 )、蒲公英甾醇( 6 )、鲍尔烯醇( 7 )、丁酰鲸鱼醇( 8 )、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖齐墩果酸( 9 )和山楂酸( 10 )。其中,化合物 3 4 为首次从该植物中得到,化合物 5~10 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Ten triterpenes were isolated from Garcinia hanburyi Hook. f. by silica gel, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. They were identified as betulinic acid( 1 ), α-amyrin( 2 ), lupeol( 3 ), β-amyrin( 4 ), alphitolic acid( 5 ), taraxasterol( 6 ), bauerenol( 7 ), butyrospermol( 8 ), 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid( 9 )and maslinic acid( 10 ). Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 5-10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
