10种苦竹属竹叶中香豆素类化合物的比较研究

Coumarins in bamboo leaves of 10 species of Pleioblastus Nakai

  • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法,检测了10种苦竹属竹叶中东莨菪内酯、香豆素、补骨脂素、蛇床子素、东莨菪苷、花椒毒素、伞形酮、茴芹内酯、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、欧前胡素、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素及茵芋苷等12种香豆素类化合物的含量,10种竹种包括苦竹、宜兴苦竹、川竹、斑苦竹、杭州苦竹、高舌苦竹、垂枝苦竹、衢县苦竹、丽水苦竹及实心苦竹。共检测出茵芋苷、东莨菪内酯、伞形酮、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、香豆素和茴芹内酯6种香豆素类化合物,其含量在2.20~82.20 mg/kg之间,其中川竹叶东莨菪内酯含量最高。本研究为苦竹属竹叶中香豆素类化合物的开发利用提供了理论基础,为竹叶资源的化学利用及香豆素类化合物的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: 12 coumarins in the leaves of 10 species of Pleioblastus Nakai were studied by HPLC. The 12 coumarins were coumarin, skimin, scopolin, scopoletin, umbelliferone, xanthotoxin, psoralen, pimpinellin, 5, 7-dimethoxycoumarin, 6, 7-dimethoxycoumarin, imperatorin and osthole. The 10 bamboo species included Pleioblastus amarus(Keng)Keng f. , P. simonii(Carr. )Nakai, P. maculatus(McClure)C. D. Chu et C. S. Chao, P. altiligulatus S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen, P. yixingensis S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen, P. amarus(Keng)Keng f. var. pendulifolius S. Y. Chen, P. solidus S. Y. Chen, P. juxianensis Wen, C. Y. Yao et S. Y. Chen, P. maculosoides Wen and P. amarus(Keng)Keng f. var. hangzhouensis S. L. Chen et S. Y. Chen. 6 coumarins including skimin, scopoletin, 6, 7-dimethoxycoumarin, umbelliferone, coumarin and pimpinellin were detected, and the contents of which were among the range of 2. 20-82. 20 mg/kg. P. simonii leaves were found to have the highest content of scopoletin. The results provide a reference for the comprehensive utilization of coumarins in the leaves of P. Nakai. This study is useful for the research on coumarins and chemical utilization of bamboo leave resources.
