紫杉醇纳米脂质体的研究进展

Advances in the research of paclitaxel nanoliposomes

  • 摘要: 近年来,由于紫杉醇纳米脂质体在抗肿瘤方面疗效突出,已广泛应用于临床治疗。科学家对紫杉醇纳米脂质体进行大量研究,并取得了较大的进展。本文就如何增加紫杉醇的溶解度、提高纳米脂质体的靶向性、优化制备条件等方面研究进展进行总结,并对紫杉醇纳米脂质体的发展前景进行展望。

     

    Abstract: With their antitumor advantages, paclitaxel nanoliposomes have been widely used in clinical treatment. Numerous works on paclitaxel nanoliposomes have been studied and have made great progress. This paper discusses the ways to improve the solubility of paclitaxel, to improve the targeting of nanoliposomes, and to optimize its preparation conditions, with also a prospect of the future development of paclitaxel nanoliposomes.
