药代动力学新技术与新理论的研究进展

Advances of novel technologies and theories in pharmacokinetic research

  • 摘要: 近年来,由于分析技术的进步以及研究思路的开拓,药代动力学研究的新理论、新方法不断涌现。目前,药代动力学研究对象和研究内容逐渐从宏观(血浆和组织)拓展到微观(细胞药代动力学)、从单组分体内过程(化学药的单一组分)跨越至复杂组分体内过程(中药多组分药代动力学)、从单靶点(药物的靶向分布)延伸到多靶点(内源性物质的整体调节,即代谢组学)。本文将从细胞药代动力学、中药药代动力学和代谢组学3个方面阐述药代动力学的最新研究进展。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, new theories and new methods of pharmacokinetics are constantly emerging due to the progress of technology and research approaches. At present, the objective and content of pharmacokinetic research are extended to from the macro levels(plasma and tissue)to micro levels(cellular pharmacokinetics)gradually, and extended from single drug(western medicine)to complex components(traditional Chinese medicine). Importantly, the pharmacokinetic research is also expanded from single target to multiple targets metabolomics(or overall regulation of endogenous substances). This paper describes the latest progress of pharmacokinetics in cellular pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine, and metabolomics.
