黄绿蜜环菌水提取物的化学成分

Chemical constituents from water extract of Armillaria luteo-virens

  • 摘要: 研究黄绿蜜环菌(Armillaria luteo-virens)子实体水提取物中的化学成分。采用反向/亲水二维制备液相色谱法对黄绿蜜环菌子实体水提取物进行分离纯化得到单体化合物,并根据理化性质和波谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。从黄绿蜜环菌子实体水提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为焦谷氨酸( 1 )、尿苷( 2 )、2′-脱氧尿苷( 3 )、尿嘧啶( 4 )、鸟苷( 5 )、肌苷( 6 )、腺苷( 7 )。化合物 1~7 均为首次从黄绿蜜环菌中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: A two-dimensional preparative liquid chromatographic method was developed for purification of constituents from water extract of Armillaria luteo-virens using reversed phase preparative liquid chromatography(RPLC)coupled with hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC). Seven compounds were isolated from fruit bodies of Armillaria luteo-virens, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic analyses. These compounds were identified as pyroglutamic acid( 1 ), uridine( 2 ), 2′-deoxyuridine( 3 ), uracil( 4 ), guanosine( 5 ), inosine( 6 ), and adenosine( 7 ). All the compounds were purified and identified from fruit bodies of Armillaria luteo-virens for the first time.
