Advances of new excipients and technique in colon-specific preparations

  • 摘要: 口服结肠定位释药系统由于具有提高局部给药浓度、降低用药剂量、减少不良反应等优点而备受关注。结肠定位释药系统主要分为酶降解型、pH依赖型、时间依赖型、压力控制型以及释药机制联合应用型等,许多新辅料和新技术的发展对于制备新型精确的结肠定位制剂至关重要。本文综述了近年来口服结肠定位释药系统中辅料和技术的最新研究进展,为从事相关研究的科研工作者提供参考与依据。

     

    Abstract: The oral colon-specific drug delivery system(OCDDS)has gained more attention from investigators in recent years since it can increase local drug concentration and reduce dosage and side effects. The type of colon-specific drug delivery system consists of enzyme dependent, pH dependent, time dependent, pressure dependent system and CODEDSTM. The development of many new materials and technology is very important for the preparation of new type of precise positioning colon-specific preparation. This article summarizes the advances in excipients and technique for oral colon-specific drug delivery system in recent years. It may provide a reference and a basis for the researchers concerned.
