近6年全球心血管药物研发现状分析

Analysis on research and development of global cardiovascular drugs in the past 6 years

摘要: 通过检索Integrity^TM数据库，获得2012年4月至2018年4月全球在研的12 906项心血管药物的数据进行统计分析，总结了近6年心血管药物研发的概貌、靶标、作用机制、专利信息、上市信息等多项指标，提示了心血管药物近年研发的特点，为相关新药研发人员提供理论参考。

Abstract: Through the retrieval of Integrity^TM, the data of 12 906 cardiovascular drugs in the world from April 2012 to April 2018 were analyzed, and the general features of cardiovascular drugs research and development, target, mechanism, patent information and information on the market were summarized for the past 6 years, and the characteristics of cardiovascular drugs in recent years were suggested. This research may provide references for related R&D personnel.
