中药及保健品中非法添加物的分析技术研究进展

Progress in the analysis of adulterated additives in traditional Chinese medicines and health care products

  • 摘要: 近年来,中药及保健品中非法添加化学药物的事件时有发生。为此,开发快速、灵敏、准确检测非法添加物的方法和技术十分重要。通过查阅2016 - 2017年国内外发表的相关文献资料,本文从方法和技术的角度对中药和保健品中非法化学药物的分析技术研究进展进行了综述,为进一步开发快速检测新方法和新技术提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, cases of illegal addition of chemical substances into the TCMs and health-care products happened regularly. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop fast, sensitive and accurate analysis methods for detection of the adulterated chemical substances. Through literature survey of relevant papers published in 2016-2017, this article summarizes the application of various analytical techniques for adulterated chemical substances to the TCMs and health-care products with useful information for the further development of new methods and technologies in this field.
